Just toggle the NSFW setting on your account, way easier. lemmynsfw has been pretty great at correctly flagging all NSFW content correctly.
There is NSFW stuff I’d like to see that isn’t porn.
The more communities you block, the wilder the ones that you start seeing get, too. Once you’ve blocked all the ‘normal’ porn, only the really gnarly stuff remains.

After I blocked 2 nsfw communities I definately started getting lots of literal doo doo on my front page lol.

Looks like lemmy.ml is defederating lemmynsfw.com
But most of it is there. Maybe make an alt account there or somewhere that federates with it lmao
(You need to be logged in to see the actual porn, otherwise it just looks like SFW pics of celebrities. It hides NSFW pics unless you’re logged in)
