That doesn’t change the fact they have a harmful ideology that pushes and normalizes fascism and genocide, and it doesn’t protect you in the long run to support/ encourage those sentiments. You just normalize them and strengthen them for the opponent to use, “first they came for…”.
(…I was going to use the harsh border/immigration policies to make a comparison at first, but unfortunately these policies and sentiments have already been co-opted and normalized by the Democrats as well…)
