If it’s a traditional hard drive with moving parts the chances of it still working are zero. Data recovery maybe possible if the platters are still somewhat intact but I doubt he’d even find it to begin with.

Nice, how about “Cars enabling Freedom” or “Autos machen frei”?
Look out, maybe you can soon dig up your own Cybertruck at a Texas quarry…
If they’ll actually release GTA VI on the announced date I will buy a hat and eat it.
You know you’ve fucked up when even Nestlé doesn’t want to work with you…

That’s my biggest gripe with Gemini; it’s not a proper replacement for Google Assistant and yet it’s still treated as such.
Feels like Google took at least two steps back when it comes to Gemini on Pixel devices…

Sounds like a job for the Cinco Eye Taning System™
Just shows how sickly pale he looks without a tan, that’s all.
The fucking sunglasses outline in his face…
Trust me, I’ve played GTA Online since the day it launched (or the week afterwards rather since the servers were really shit at launch), they only ever did anything about cheaters if they cheated money.
I remember all the early money exploits and car duplication glitches, those were usually hotfixed in a day while other (game-breaking) bugs existed for years…
Another reason why I’m not holding out for GTA VI… Rockstar has changed a lot since GTA V, and not in a good way.
Manjaro and SoftMaker Office works just as well
Every single person who wears glasses would drop them in a second if any other viable and sustainable alternative shows up.
Not really, glasses have long since become a fashion statement and many people wear some without needing them.
I need glasses to correct my heterotropia and even if there was some magic cure for that I’m not sure if I’d stop wearing my glasses to be honest; I kinda like them and how they make me look.

Imagine a laptop with a low-profile buckling spring keyboard… just click-clacking away in Starbucks, annoying everyone around you but you don’t care because you have the greatest keyboard ever
No, as far as I know the first GPD Win had one even
It really seems like every other review of a ThinkPad is written by someone who’s constantly whining about the dimensions of the device (too thick, to bulky) and/or the design, with most of them ending up begging Lenovo to remove the useless nub thing on the keyboard because no one uses it anyways and while they’re at it a larger touchpad and better speakers and bla bla…
Basically, most reviewers expect everything to be a MacBook clone and can’t cope with the fact that business users don’t necessarily care about a fancy design.
They didn’t take the TrackPoint away, did they?!
Edit: They really did… Way to kill a brand guys. I blame every goddamn tech journalist who wanted it gone, fuck you so much.
Yep, that same old BSR mechanism that was invented in the mid-80s. Decent casette players use Tanashin mechanisms (or clones rather since Tanashin itself doesn’t make them anymore AFAIK) and as long as they have metal flywheels and proper erase heads they’re ok.
Forget about 3-Head Closed Loop Dual Capstan, though, you’re never gonna find that on a modern deck.
They don’t care.
I’m not denying that it’s the moral thing to do but fascists don’t give a shit about morals.
