That’s silly. Compare per sq ft, not sheet size. There’s no guaranteed sheet size. Same thing with toilet paper.

The only complaint on this list that, I think, is a legitimate complaint is replies not loading. Imagine if Lemmy worked that way. The rest is just how it’s intended to work.

Nextcloud AIO in docker is dead simple and has been reliable for me.
The sync client is capable of syncing the whole tree as remote pointers that didn’t take space until you access the file then it downloads it local. You can also set files to always be local.
We had those bullshit apps on PC before Android was a glimmer in its Mama’s eye. Why is Microsoft pushing that crapware?

My only complaint with btrfs when I used to run it, is that kvm disk performance was abysmal on it. Otherwise I had no issues with the fs.

I mean, if you spent the kind of scratch on an android phone you would on an iPhone and then not fuck around with it, you’d have a similar experience on Android.
Years ago I used to flash roms and generally tinker until I decided I needed my phone to be stable and stopped. My Note 20 is polished and stable, no complaints.
My wife has always had iPhones. I’ve used both and find iOS frustrating. These days, unless you’re scraping the bottom of the barrel, it’s mostly about comfort and preference.
