causing RF interference on purpose is definitely illegal wherever this person lives
I find it unacceptable that a $1000 HMD-only product like this has subpar lenses. You would think they could do a little more R&D to fix that
dozens
😂 I love VR but this is such a sad metric as a positive remark
yeah the software they developed only works between Vision owners… perfect for meetings between all your millionaire friends I guess
you can get a giant 4K TV for $500 (1/7 the Vision price)
basically one TV for every room in your house
“borrow my wife’s iPhone” has to be the #1 way people order these. It makes no sense to assume your PC VR enthusiast market has a recent Apple phone on hand
So an electric car might hold 100 kWh. To charge that in 1 minute you would need 6000 kW of power, or 6 MW. Typical “rapid” chargers today do 350 kW and these are the kind that are difficult to find. A nuclear plant makes around 1,000 MW so if you had 166 cars charging at once you would overload one.
you are correct
The bigger issue I would see is the heat created from dumping all that energy in at once. And can a US outlet even provide that much power?
this pisses me off so much. You can set an HDR wallpaper too, but only if you insert a special file into its place to trick Windows into working properly
I think a link to Lemmy should make a store’s trustedness go way up
I was gonna ask if this happened again lol
they do sell them in the US
As opposed to US built fire hazards using the same batteries?
yeah it still sounds like dog water
whatever happened to things getting smaller. I want a music player approx the size of a 3.5mm audio port
I want to see a picture of you from when you are going to be older
