In truly flexible work cultures, teams chose their working style as a group. If that means y’all pick 2 days a week to voluntarily commute, go for it. Me on my team of 1 will absolutely not be going in to collaborate. Even 100% of unscheduled discussions happen asynchronously

So since I’ve explained the problem and was told to just take vacation time when I’m sick, I decided to just not “be sick” and explain the problem when it comes up next

I use windows as little as possible. I have steam, discord, and Firefox open on it and otherwise try to use my Linux and macOS devices for actual productivity
