It’s supposed to be in the style of those “socialism is when government does stuff” memes. That’s pretty much how all of them end

Government doing things ≠ socialism.
Government regulating things ≠ socialism
Roads and parks ≠ socialism
Socialism is based in the collective ownership of companies by the workers who make everything happen, rather than execs and managers. Socialism isn’t when government does stuff or when healthcare.
Cause they’re going to show a pop-up that advertises some “cool new feature”, and the 99% of users who aren’t tech literate will say yes and never think about it again.
People on this site severely overestimate how much the average person cares and their overall level of tech.
Not consumers, that’s for sure
Do we really need them here though? Do we even want them here?
Honestly, I’ve been enjoying not having an infinite amount of content to scroll through anymore. I get off of it a lot more and do other things. It’s been nice.
Plus, memes last longer on here. I started falling behind on Reddit every week. Here a meme might last up to a month
You forgot that the oinker attempted to dark souls roll away from the “situation”. Needless to say he was fat rolling
He was a legendary race car driver for NASCAR. Basically the Messi of stock car racing (idk much about football. Or NASCAR for that matter)
Oh yeah, meant to say in my long ramble -
If you can get like 20% of the questions correct, you’re already smarter than the average person. Some people are just really damn good at trivia, and you don’t need to compare yourself to them. It only matters that you’re having a good time
As someone who hosts these types of shows, you have 2 forms of “know it all’s” - Pros and cheaters.
Pros are the people that just do trivia nights. I have some regulars that play 7 days a week at different venues, using their winnings to offset their food and drink costs. They know an ungodly amount of things themselves or they have a team of people with high levels of knowledge in different categories. You’ll find a lot of retired computer and science people in this group. I have a regular group of professors from the local university. They span over almost every discipline. They come about once a month and I haven’t seen them not get at least top 3 every time.
The second group, cheaters, can go fuck themselves with a cactus dildo. You’ll have probably 5% of a show being cheaters. This includes people that cheat the entire time and people that cheat for one or two questions.
Sadly, not much can be done about the second group. People will always cheat and venues are extremely reluctant to kick anyone out since it could affect their income. Plus, you have sneaky cheaters. I have one group that I know is getting answers from somewhere. It’s 2 people and they seemingly know everything. I suspect they have a friend at an earlier show feeding them the answers or someone in this company is leaking answers to them.
Anyways, you didn’t ask but I felt like posting that so enjoy ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Yeah, I’d agree. It’s definitely 2 different things going off the cube rule
Hear me out -
It’s a ring torus with a a different substance inside.
It’s a filled donut.
Yup.
Without checking, I’m betting that Ohio gave them incredibly tax breaks that are nearly without end, meaning none of the money goes back into the local economy whatsoever
My states done it so many times now, and we don’t have income tax, so none of the money goes back into the local economy on the executive side, only on the workers side, putting all the issues it causes on workers! Woo!
