hey, thats not fair, they redid it a few years back /s
just found out about this! why isn’t this more widely known/used (assumption)? just because of the lack of fine grained control?
brief question, as I couldn’t find it in the docs after a quick scroll through: if I create a user in the yunohost interface, is that user then able to login to the yunohost admin interface or will they get a user in every service that is and will be hosted, or would one have to manually create that user in every hosted app?
might be toxic, but the os is brilliant
in what games does that happen? wasn’t aware…
just making sure: i am talking sbout the xapps and the releases they bring, not debian security or other updates of debian packages. i am familiar with the concept of up/-downstream, just wanted to know about cinnamon specific releases, which answers my question, i guess…
edit: typos
new to LMDE. does it usually get updates?
so gnu/linux is just a quick lernel rewrite away from total market domination. excellent!
not sure, if cinnamon still qualifies as alternative considering the massive Linux Mint crowd.
so many questions. what patents? how should they know you use it?
Can you recommend any good forums to look for board games?
using google is not what i’d call free
about the full system config: how?
whut u sill doing in that dark place
good thing you are above all that.
No one forces you to pay, ads are easily blocked.
i love the no one forces you to … argument, because you can always say it and it never means anything…
Your acrimonious talk is happening because you realize that Steve Huffman is acting legitimately, but not the way you want him to.
before you say it: no, he is also not forced to do anything, but maybe think about the difference between lawful, legitimate and the way someone wants someone else to act. nobody says he’s not acting lawfully, legitimacy is dependant on your objectivity and i don’t care if he acts the way someone wants him to.
And that no one is going to ask you in this argument.
this was no argument until you acted the way you did ;)
Maybe 50% of the subs closed, but 50% stayed.
that makes the price all the more ridiculous.
And you’re left in a half-empty Lemmy and jerking off to the fall of Reddit.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
ya so what? you seem to be here to…
as the answers reflect: markdown for simple stuff (sou can convert with pandoc) and libreoffice for the more complex stuff and sheets especially (its preinstalled with most linux distros nowadays). documents of formal nature that exceed ~10 pages might work best in latex.
It points to the lemmy instance the post has been published on. It is useful if you want to share a generic link to a post with someone and maybe don’t want to share the information on what instance you created your account on, because the other permalink button always references to the instance of your account.
