This is for legal reasons mostly. They don’t think anyone reads this so they went for the most blunt and transparent language, which also gives them the most legal certainty. The banner is missing the reject all button though, which in Europe is seen as required by many of the privacy regulators.
Posting doesn’t mean anyone can exploit it for commercial gain. Also a lot of music is pirated against the Creator’s wishes.

In most parts of the EU you’re not allowed to fly over private property.
I use Mint and have yet to use the command line. I browse the web and play games on steam. All of this works right out of the box.
