I think I would need extremely heavy sedatives to even sleep 12 hours. How the fuck?

Well, that’s easy, friend. Have you tried a big heaping dose of depression? That’s how I used to accomplish such feats.

I sleep for 12 hours and feel like I haven’t slept at all. Same if it’s 6 or 8-9. Just book an appointment with a sleep neurologist. 🤞
